Brussels, 27 October 2023, dtt-net.com – Heads of state and government of 27 EU member countries today called Kosovo and Serbia to implement “without delay or preconditions” verbal agreements reached earlier this year for what they call “normalization” of relations between the two sides, while calling once again Kosovan government to form the Association of Serb-majority Municipalities (ASM) after Thursday’s acceptance by both, Kosovo and Serbia leaders, of the newly EU and USA proposed statue for the autonomous body for Serb minority.
