Tirana, 14 March 2023, dtt-net.com – Albania is fourth in European continent when it comes to the lowest birth rate with 1.31 percent per women, after Malta, Spain and Italy, while Montenegro has the fourth highest with 1.76 percent after France, Iceland, Ireland and Romania, according to the data by EU’s statistical agency, Eurostat.
