Tirana/The Hague, 31 July 2023, dtt-net.com – A former member of Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) and Albania national was arrested today in Tirana on the demand of by the special war crimes court on Kosovo in The Hague for “intimidation and obstructing official persons” of the court, the Kosovo Specialist Chambers (KSC ) in Netherlands announced today.
