Strasbourg/Tirana, 12 January 2024, dtt-net.com – The European Committee for the Prevention of Torture and Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CPT), a Council of Europe (CoE) body, said in a new report that Albania has done some progress when it comes to the treatment of detainees by the police, it should do more to eradicate ill-treatment in prisons.
