Podgorica, 23 October 2023, dtt-net.com – A total eleven parties and movements in Montenegro have signed an agreement for formation of new governing coalition in Montenegro, to be led by the head of Europe Now movement, Milojko Spajic, and supported by two pro-Russia and pro-Serbia Serb parties, but no date is decided for approval by the parliament as of yet.
