Blinken, today in his congratulation statement on the occasion of Serbia’s Statehood Day, followed President Joe Biden in not calling for mutual recognition between Serbia and Kosovo, thus signalling major shift of the current administration in Washington from its previous position over future relations between the two neighbouring countries in the Western Balkans currently marred with plenty of disputes and tensions.
