Sarajevo, 20 May 2024, dtt-net.com – A committee of the House of Representatives of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) today endorsed a candidate close to the ruling Croat party for the second Croat seat in the Constitutional Court of the country, with the final vote of the legislative body set for next week, while two seats of Serbs remain vacant amid refusal of Serb entity authorities to appoint new ones conditioning it with departure of three international judges from the nine-seat court.
