Prishtina, 28 December 2023, dtt-net.com – The former Swiss senator and former member of the Council of Europe’s Parliamentary Assembly (PACE), Dick Marty, whose report of 2011 on human organ harvesting allegations by former top leaders of Kosovan guerilla triggered formation of The Hague-based Kosovo’s special war crimes court, died today at age 78.
