Brussels, 19 September 2023, dtt-net.com – The governments of 27 member states today said in a joint statement that the “work to establish the Association / Community of Serb Majority Municipalities needs to start without any further delay or pre-condition,” adding that EU is ready to lift punitive measures on Kosovo if there is de-escalation in tense northern municipalities or to impose further such measures and also to impose them on Serbia for the first time.
