Brussels, 30 June 2023, dtt-net.com – As expected, heads of state and government of 27 EU member countries today called for de-escalation of tensions in Serb-predominantly Kosovan northern municipalities and continuation of EU-mediated negotiations by Kosovo and Serbia for implementation of verbal agreement of February for what they call “normalization” of relations between the two countries, focusing on formation of an autonomous body for ten Serb-majority municipalities in Kosovo which Serbia insists of having executive powers in economy, finances, urbanism, police, healthcare, culture and education.
