Tirana, 01 February 2024, dtt-net.com – EU diplomats today said that election reform in Albania should be done through cooperation between the government and the opposition, as the two are in dispute over composition of a parliamentary commission to be formed and tasked to make proposals for reforming country’s election legislation.
