Skopje, 30 October 2023, dtt-net.com – The President of the European Commission (EC), Ursula von der Leyen, today said in Skopje that the executive body of the EU aims to open first cluster of chapters in membership negotiations this year with North Macedonia, provided that the parliament amends the Constitution of the country to include Bulgarian community in it, but over what the government is short of votes for the time being.
