Athens/Brussels, 21 August 2023, dtt-net.com – The EU Commission, backed by 27 member states, introduced punitive political and financial measures on Kosovo’s government in late June blaming it for renewed tensions with Serbia in tense northern Kosovan municipalities, but the President of the EU’s executive body, Ursula von der Leyen, met today with Kosovan Prime Minister Algin Kurti in Athens, while he had also meetings with his Croatian counterpart and attends an informal dinner hosted by Greek premier with other leaders of Balkan region.
