Brussels/Skopje, 03 April 2023, dtt-net.com – The European Commission (EC) said it expects that North Macedonia undergoes constitutional changes to include Bulgarian community it which the country needs in order to open first chapters/cluster in EU accession negotiations, as opposition parties of ethnic Macedonians are still opposing changes imposed by Bulgaria and came up with a new proposal based on Croatia model.
