Podgorica/Strasbourg, 17 October 2023, dtt-net.com – The Socialist and Democrats (S&D) group of the European Parliament (EP) is calling for postponement of the population and housing census in Montenegro scheduled to take place in the first two weeks of November, amid complaints of opposition parties of inadequate political and institutional situation and also lack of sufficient technical preparations for it to take place next month.
