Ohrid, 18 March 2023, dtt-net.com – The EU mediator for Kosovo-Serbia negotiations, Josep Borrell, announced today after 12 hours of talks with leaders of both countries that progress is made over implementation plan of ‘basic agreement’ of last month, announcing that Kosovan Prime Minister Albin Kurti “has agreed to launch immediately negotiations within European Union- facilitated dialogue on establishing a specific arrangement and guarantees to ensure an appropriate level of self-management for the Serbian communities in Kosovo”.
