Brussels/Prishtina, 02 May 2024, dtt-net.com – Governments of 27 members of the EU are still discussing whether the last year imposed punitive measures on Kosovo because of tensions in four Serb-predominantly northern municipalities should be lifted “in entirety or gradually”, according to the spokesperson of European bloc’s External Action Service (EEAS).
