Brussels, 29 January 2024, dtt-net.com – The European Union today praised the new government of Montenegro of reforms taken since formed in late October, but said country’s institutions need to do more steps, especially in the rule of law, in order it can qualify to close more chapters/clusters in membership negotiations.
