Skopje, 17 March 2023, dtt-net.com – EU’s High Representative, Josep Borrell, today called on North Macedonia political parties to change country’s Constitution, which is imposed by Bulgaria as condition for continuing with membership negotiations, as the government in Skopje is failing for the time being to gather two-third of votes in 120-seat parliament to include Bulgarian community in it.
