Prishtina/Tirana, 01 March 2023, dtt-net.com – Kosovan and Albanian governments had signed a memorandum and launched talks in June 2022 aimed at co-investing for more USA LNG capacities at Albanian port of Vlora which would be used for electricity production for Kosovo needs at the planned gas-fired power plant, but nine months later there is no agreement and both governments are keeping silent over the discussed project.
