Brussels, 19 March 2024, dtt-net.com – Kosovo and Serbia chief negotiators held talks today with EU officials over unsigned last year agreement for what is called “normalization” of relations, but no breakthrough is reported, and also held talks over new row related to the ban by Kosovo Central Bank of cash payments in Serbian Dinar currency by Serbia to Kosovan Serb minority members.
