Prishtina, 03 February 2024, dtt-net.com – The opposition Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) today assessed as “unacceptable” the EU-proposed and USA-backed statute for the, what is called, ‘Association of Serb-majority Municipalities (ASM)’, and agreed by Kosovan and Serbian governments last October, saying that the body would create a “new level of power” in the country with executive powers and as such in breach of the Constitution.
