Prishtina, 17 March 2023, dtt-net.com – According to the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, the ‘basic agreement’ proposed by the EU and backed by the USA is “accepted by Kosovo as a good basis and a solid platform to move forward towards the full normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia, with mutual recognition at the center”, while Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic continues repeating that Belgrade will not recognize Kosovan state either ‘de-facto’ or ‘de-jure’.
