Prishtina, 27 September 2023, dtt-net.com – Kosovan President Vjosa Osmani today told public broadcaster RTK that the government of the Prime Minister Albin Kurti must write a draft-status for the Association of Serb-majority Municipalities (ASM) and present it first to the USA government, but without executive powers and in accordance with the Kosovan Constitutional Court to serve only as a “coordinating” body for ten Serb-predominantly municipalities, while Serbia insists on executive powers in multiple sectors and nothing less.
