Sarajevo, 30 June 2023, dtt-net.com – The pro-Russia leader of Serbs in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), Milorad Dodik, said he has decided to file a complaint to country’s prosecution against himself and several associates of his for adopting by Serb entity’s parliament the law nullifying rulings of the Constitutional court in entity’s territory, while announcing that the entity’s legislative body is about to adopt a law nullifying country’s central prosecution and other courts rulings of BiH as well.
