Podgorica, 21 November 2023, dtt-net.com – The Prime Minister of Montenegro, Milojko Spajic, and representatives of opposition parties have signed an agreement over necessary conditions and preparations to be met for a proper and credible population and households census, which is scheduled to take place from November 30 to December 15, but the later have still reservations whether all agreed will be implemented warning of boycott of the census if not.
