Podgorica, 15 February 2024, dtt-net.com – Four opposition parties in Montenegro today filed criminal charges to the Prosecution against the Speaker of the Parliament, Oliver Mandic, of breach of flag law, as the pro-Russia and pro-Serbia politician displays Serbia’s (old) flag in his office in the legislative body.
