Podgorica, 26 November 2023, dtt-net.com – The main opposition party in Montenegro, the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), says that it’s impossible that all elements of a deal signed with the new prime minister for a trustful and credible census of population and households can be implemented on time, as the census is set to start on November 30 and be concluded on December 15 after already postponed once.
