Podgorica, 09 June 2024, dtt-net.com – The President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatovic, asked the Parliament to review two of twelve laws adopted by the parliament last week which the country needs for advancing further in EU accession negotiations, citing the need for editorial independence of the public broadcaster of the country, RTCG, and also lack of incompatibility of the law on the Judicial Council and Judges with the Constitution related duration of mandates of council’s members.
