Podgorica/Prishtina, 15 April 2024, dtt-net.com – The governing coalition of Montenegro will take a decision over how it will vote on Kosovo’s membership application in the Council of Europe, only after the Parliamentary Assembly of the Strasbourg-based organization votes over its opinion, according to country’s foreign affairs minister, Filip Ivanovic.
