Podgorica/Brussels, 05 December 2023, dtt-net.com – According to the President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatovic, the country has a “real possibility” to conclude EU membership negotiations in 2026, as the country currently has opened all negotiating chapters and it needs to close them in order to conclude the process of negotiations and become member of the European bloc once all 27 member states ratify accession treaty with the country from the Western Balkans region.
