Brussels, 26 January 2024, dtt-net.com – NATO’s Secretary General, Jens Stoltenberg, today described the situation of security in the Western Balkans region as “fragile”, following last year’s violence and tensions in Kosovo when Serbia-backed rioters in May injured and wounded dozens of NATO soldiers and the September attack by Serb gunmen against Kosovan police.
