Tirana, 21 December 2023, dtt-net.com – Albanian parliament today lifted immunity to lawmaker Sali Berisha on the demand of the prosecution seeking his ‘arrest/removal of freedom’, following an investigation launched on suspicion of ‘passive corruption’ and abuse of office during his 2005-2009 prime minister mandate which he denies.
