Sarajevo, 11 August 2023, dtt-net.com – The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) today filed an indictment against the President of the Serb entity, Milorad Dodik, and the head of entity’s Official Gazette, for refusing to implement decisions of envoy Christian Schmidt who declared invalid a law by the entity’s parliament which nullifies implementation of Constitutional Court rulings in the territory of the entity and the other not to publish his decisions in the Official Gazette.
