Sarajevo, 19 March 2024, dtt-net.com – The government of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) today for the second time skipped tackling a text for a draft-law on state-level court, as disputes between governing parties continue, as Serb politicians insist on the Appellate court to have its seat in the entity’s capital Banjaluka and be separated from entity’s laws and its courts cases which Bosniaks refuse.
