Podgorica, 05 April 2024, dtt-net.com – The Supreme Court of Montenegro today annulled a last month ruling of two lower courts for extradition of the crypto-currency trader Kwon Do to South Korea, citing “protection of legality” arguments raised by the prosecution, as the first country which demanded his extradition was the United States where he is charged of fraud.
