Sarajevo, 24 January 2024, dtt-net.com – The USA embassy to Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) says that a recent proposal of ruling parties in the Western Balkans country related to amending electoral law should undergo amending the Constitution first, which relates to incorporating the ruling of the European Court for Human Rights (ECHR) for granting the right to minority representatives to run for posts in top country’s institutions.
