New York/Prishtina, 27 April 2023, dtt-net.com – USA representatives today reiterates calls for formation of what is called “Association of Serb-majority Municipalities (ASM)” by Kosovo government in compliance with country’s Constitution, as Prishtina and Belgrade leaders are still in dispute over the powers it should, or not have, with the first fearing a Bosnia model of power sharing on ethnic lines in detriment to Kosovan state functionality.
