Skopje, 09 January 2023, dtt-net.com – The USA Ambassador to Skopje, Angela Aggeler, today said North Macedonia should make constitutional changes – sought by Bulgaria – in order the country would move on with the EU membership negotiations, which officials in Skopje say would be halted if changes – inclusion of Bulgarian community in the constitution – are not done by November, as two opposition parties of Macedonians are refusing to give their votes for.
