Brussels/Prishtina, 12 March 2024, dtt-net.com – The USA special envoy for Western Balkans, Gabriel Escobar, says that the government in Washington believes that the row between Kosovo and Serbia over Belgrade’s cash payments to Kosovan Serbs in Serbian Dinar currency would be resolved through, the “Association of Serb-majority Municipalities (ASM)”, which is not being formed as of yet and over what the USA and EU keep calling Kosovan government to form it by sending it first to the Constitutional Court for review.
