Washington/Brussels/Prishtina, 25 September 2023, dtt-net.com – The USA Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, today called Kosovo and Serbia leaders to “immediately” return to the EU-mediated negotiations for what western powers call “normalization” of relations between the two countries, following Sunday clash between an armed Serb group with Kosovan police, at which 4 members of the group and 1 policeman were killed in a northern Kosovan Serb-predominantly municipality.
