Belgrade/Sarajevo, 02 August 2025, dtt-net.com – The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, today expressed full support to his ally, President of Serb entity in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) Milorad Dodik, and warned that the sentence of 1-year imprisonment and 6-year ban on holding current post represents “security destabilization factor”, while at the same time accused western powers, including the European Union, of being behind of what he called “political verdict”.
After a meeting of Serbia’s National Security Council, Vucic said in a press conference that Serbia does not recognize the verdict of BiH Court, adding that if a arrest warrant is given by Bosnian authorities Dodik will not be arrested in territory of Serbia.
“Milorad Dodik is welcomed in territory of Serbia”, he said.
