Sarajevo, 08 September 2025, dtt-net.com – Bosniak lawmakers in the Serb entity Parliament in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) will turn to the Constitutional Court to ask for assessment of constitutionality of election of Serb entity’s government whose head is nominated by the former entity’s President after his mandate is terminated by BiH election body.
The decision of Bosniak lawmakers comes as the official gazette of the entity today published decision of entity’s parliament electing new cabinet.
