Sarajevo, 09 September 2025, dtt-net.com – Two groups of lawmakers in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) have filed complaints to the Constitutional court seeking annulment of election of Serb entity’s government, whose chief is nominated by the entity’s former President Milorad Dodik.
The filings say that nomination is in breach of the constitution, as Dodik’s mandate is already terminated by BiH election commission after he was sentenced earlier this year to six-year ban on holding top entity’s post.
