Tirana, 23 September 2025, dtt-net.com – Albanian main opposition party today filed a complaint to the Constitutional Court over AI-generated “minister” decided by the Prime Minister Edi Rama and voted by his parliamentary majority as new member of his government after May elections.
The named “Diella” (Sun) Rama’s “minister” is decreed by country’s President Bajram Begaj, over what the Democratic Party (PD) says is in breach of the Constitution.
