Podgorica, 28 November 2025, dtt-net.com – Podgorica was today awarded the title of European Youth Capital 2028, an event organized each year which serves for youth to showcase their innovative ideas, projects and activities that aim to strengthen young voices and bring young people’s perspectives to all aspects of city life.
The title is awarded by the European Youth Forum jury headquartered in Brussels.
