Sarajevo, 12 January 2026, dtt-net.com – The tri-partite Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) called today country’s Attorney General to consider suing Croatia to international court over plans to construct a nuclear waste landfill nearby BiH’s northern border.
“The Presidency of BiH calls on the Attorney General's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina to actively engage in monitoring the situation regarding the Trgovska Gora case, and to consider taking all necessary legal and other measures, including initiating an international dispute, arbitration or other legal proceedings against the Republic of Croatia regarding the specific case,” reads a press statement of top body.
