Belgrade, 03 February 2026, dtt-net.com – The College of the Serbia’s Supreme Public Prosecuttor’s Office expressed disagreements with the recently changes to several judiciary laws by the ruling Progressive Party (SNS) controlled by authoritarian President Aleksandar Vucic, and announced filing a complaint to the Constitutional Court accusing the ruling party of attack on independence of the prosecutor’s office and prosecutor’s fighting against organized crime.
