Sarajevo/Brussels, 04 February 2026, dtt-net.com – Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) institutions are called once again to adopt two judiciary laws in order the country can open EU membership negotiations amid ongoing internal political disputes between Bosniaks, Serbs and Croats.
Diplomats of EU member states met today with BiH Minister of Justice over needed reforms, adopting law on BiH Courts and law on High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) respectively, amid failure of local institutions to make the two steps.
