Podgorica, 05 February 2026, dtt-net.com – The president of Montenegro today signed a total 25 laws adopted by the Parliament earlier this week while at the same time accusing lawmakers of adopting them without reading and proper public debate on the content of the laws needed for EU membership process.
“You had the opportunity to see once again how laws that directly affect your daily life are passed in the Parliament of Montenegro with a blind eye, by a mere show of hands. I am sure that randomly elected citizens would perform the work of deputies more responsibly and conscientiously than the current convocation of the Parliament,” Jakov Milatovic said through a video message.
